It's a nice place for short stay. The staff are outstandingly accommodating, we really enjoyed them. The location is great, so close to everything. Also, it is very close to the center, the train station at departure, and a great bakery down the street for breakfast. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is good.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Florence. My 5 nights in Florence were ENJOYABLE. Location: the hotel was not far from a great bakery down the street for breakfast, city centre, train station and all the main attractions and many shops and restaurants.

The total experience was lovely, I would recomand. This hotel was relaxing base for exploring Florence, loved it. The staff were competent and the design was very modern. The location was best possible and easy - ease of access to a minor basilica. There was a good restaurant within walking distance of the venue.
